School group seating is in Balcony 1 and 2, and the school groups price is only available in Queensland School term. 1 teacher free per 12 students. No transaction fees apply.

The main Box Office is on the first level through the main entrance at the front of the building (facing Melbourne Street). The Box Office is open from 9am to 8:30pm Monday to Saturday and 2 hours prior to scheduled performances at QPAC Theatres on Sundays.
